“WHO DECIDES WHAT IS ALIGNED FOR YOU?”Alignment is not the absence of disagreement. It is the ability to understand what is actually being pursued, by whom, under which assumptions, and whether the resulting relationship or system can sustain that direction.

THE FRAMEWORK

Found This Alignment explores the conditions under which people, organisations and relationships move from stated intention toward meaningful alignment. The work examines how decisions are formed, how individual values influence behaviour, how assumptions and biases enter a process, and how relationships develop when the objectives of the people involved are understood rather than presumed. The framework draws from Jessica de Paiva's earlier interests in modern anthropology, epistemology and ontology and extends those questions into contemporary systems thinking. Rather than treating alignment as a fixed conclusion, Found This Alignment approaches it as an evolving state that can be observed, tested, questioned and recalibrated.
